We are experienced commercial lawyers. We can provide advice on the full life cycle of businesses - from incorporation or establishment,  funding and the PPSA, intellectual property, supply/purchase/licensing and other commercial agreements, through to the sale, winding up or termination of the business.

We are also able to provide advice in relation to Federal and State taxes including income tax, CGT, GST, FBT, stamp duty and land tax.

Town Agency

We  are available to serve as a town agent in the courts of South Australia.
