Brooke was admitted to practice in 2007 and prior to joining Madsen O'Dea, she worked at a national law firm practising in insolvency and special project litigation. 

She has broad experience in commercial litigation including acting for small and large companies and individuals in complex contract and real property matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, competition and consumer law matters and debt recovery. Brooke's litigation practice also includes acting in disputes regarding deceased estates.

She acts for liquidators, directors and creditors in insolvency recoveries, restructuring and turnarounds, and all other aspects of insolvency law. She can also provide tailored advice in respect of governance issues and risks associated with corporate and trust structures.
